Grunts Hideout | Teams: there are 3 teams team aqua,team magma and team skull. Every team has 2 channels for pokemon spawn and 1 for incense. | Gyms: there are 18 gyms every gym has his own rules. You can apply to be gym leader. | Daycare: in the daycare zone you can give your pokemon to a daycarer he will train him to the level you want then when he's done once you payed he will return you your pokemon.
