Who are we?

We are Flapa Therapy! A brand new discord server that helps with Mental Health and gives some form of support to help you. We take this seriously, but we don't expect you to.

We operate in British Standard Time, meaning most of our members are rather from the United Kingdom or Ireland.

What do we expect from you?

We expect you to be engaged with the community at least every week and follow the server rules which is clearly stated when you join, and viewable at any time on the Rules Channel.

Powered by Appy and Tickets, you can open a ticket or apply at any time of the day (depending on bot status).

When you join, you will be directed to pick a few roles from our 'Roles' channel. This includes Pronoun Roles and Special Roles.

✅ Great Therapists

We have amazing therapists with a very broad schedule and an announcement channel for each therapist or department.
