Brooklyn SciFi is a space for filmmakers, book lovers, scifi fans, and creatives who enjoy a good story. Discuss media and entertainment, share projects, find collaborators, and get feedback. Connect over festivals and screenings, and enjoy a community that values imagination and good vibes.

The server is home to both the Brooklyn SciFi Film Festival and the Sci Fi Book Club. It is a space where creators, fans, and readers come together to celebrate science fiction in all its forms.

The Brooklyn SciFi Film Festival showcases bold, independent voices in sci-fi storytelling each October, featuring global screenings, filmmaker Q&As, and special events both online and in person.

The Sci Fi Book Club, founded in 2014, meets monthly on Zoom to explore classics, new releases, and short fiction. Members discuss books, films, and ideas that shape the genre today.
