hAIp handles your server's support tickets with AI, and actually improves the longer you use it. When a ticket closes, hAIp automatically pulls useful Q&A pairs from the conversation and adds them to its knowledge base. Future tickets get better answers because of past ones. What it does:

AI responds instantly when a ticket is opened Staff can claim tickets to take over from the AI anytime Tickets split into categories (Billing, Bug Reports, etc.) — each with its own AI behavior Auto-closes inactive tickets and sends transcripts to your log channel Users rate their experience after close
