# Version 6.2.0 - Patch Notes ## Ticket King Bot - Improvements have been made to the rename and priority command cooldowns ## Website - **NEW Premium Feature**: Ticket & Staff Statistics page. You can now view statistics for the last week, month, and year for opened/closed tickets. Average time for tickets to be closed, and staff statistics including how many tickets staff have claimed in that period of time. Staff rankings are also displayed. - **NEW Premium Feature**: Ticket / Staff rating system. Once enabled, users will be prompted to rate their experience for the staff member that claimed and handled their ticket. This ticket feedback will be displayed on the ticket info in the dashboard and can also be posted to a custom log channel in your discord so you can review ticket feedback. The staff ratings will be used in the near future and be displayed on the statistics page on the web dashboard. - Improved Ticket Filtering / Sorting in the ticket history page. You can now sort by Opened Time Asc/Desc, Closed Time Asc/Desc. You can additionally filter tickets by status, date range, rating, and by the staff member who claimed and handled that ticket. - Improved the custom commands page to allow you to choose whether or not the custom command should reply to the command message, and if the command message used to trigger the response should be deleted. You can configure these settings on each individual command. - Added support for putting ticket panels in announcement channels. -# @UpdatePings

You can now view the message history / chat messages for opened tickets within the ticket history section. - NEW Premium Feature: Ticket Closing from website. You can now close open tickets from the website from the ticket history section. - NEW Premium Feature: Custom Commands / Auto Responder. You can now create custom commands from the new custom commands section on the website. Custom commands are commands that can be used by roles you configure and are used to have the bot respond with your own custom messages. - NEW Premium Feature: Ticket Panel Templating. You can now create panel templates from existing panels to save them and use them at a later date. - NEW Free Feature: Total Tickets, Total Open Tickets, and Total Closed tickets statistics are now displayed on the home page of the web dashboard. - NEW Free Feature: A 7 day activity history for Opened and Closed Tickets are now displayed on the home page of the web dashboard. - NEW Free Feature: Each ticket panel can now contain up to 10 embeds. # Version 5.7.0 Feature Update - Patch Notes ## Website - **NEW (FREE)** Added support for multiple embeds for each panel. You can now have up to 3 embeds for each panel. This will allow you to add additional information, or add images above/below your main panel message. - **NEW (FREE)** Added support for setting a default close reason (if no close reason was provided). All tickets closed without a close reason will have this as the default close reason. You can view this setting at the bottom of the settings page under "Default Ticket Close Reason". - Updated the panel editor and improved the design. - Updated the panel editor to allow you to change the default ticket style, this can be accessed in the top right under "Panel Settings". Any changes made will only apply to new buttons/select menu options. - Improved the panel editor to allow you to create embeds without description text. - Improved the panel editor error notice to ensure that panels can be sent in discord correctly. - Improved the sizing of the dashboard to improve devices on smaller or non-standard resolutions. ## Ticket King Bot - Fixed an issue that would prevent the bot from creating tickets if your ticket counter reached a very high threshold.
