A bot that prevents threads from archiving.

Commands:
/preventarchive - stops a thread from archiving
/allowarchive   - allow a thread to archive (disable effects of /preventarchive)
/autonoarchive  - toggles whether to automatically add threads to the NoArchive list in this server (requires administrator)
