Simple Chat Bot

Simple Chat Bot is bot what is responding to user messages

Main Commands: /talk-to_channel | This will set channel where will bot listen for messages and reply to them

Sub Commands: /latency | Reply with latency /help | Reply with commands list /about | Reply with message about the bot
