A frame data bot for Street Fighter III 3rd Strike that can be used by players to retrieve move numbers in a server chat.
Introduction
This bot retrieves information from http://ensabahnur.free.fr/BastonNew/index.php trying to provide the most accurate data for each character move.

Usage
The bot has a /frames slash command which accept 2 arguments:
- the
characterwhich is an autocomplete string (e.g. Ken, Oro, Hugo) - the
movewhich is an autocomplete string (e.g. Jab, Short, QCF + Fierce)
