Customisable message & user reports: Right-click on a message/user to report - All reports go into a forum channel - Track messages & users

Members can report others by using the right-click context menu or using /report.
Members can answer up to 5 server-defined customisable questions like a reason for the report.
Reports get sent into a neatly organised forum channel.
Moderators can track relevant messages and users to see if a message gets edited/deleted or a user leaves/re-joins.

Suitable for large servers and moderation teams

Once you have invited the bot, run /setup and follow the instructions.
You can report a message or user by right-clicking on a message/user and selecting Apps > Report message/user.
Reports get sent into the forum channel you specified during setup.
Add a tracker using /track message or /track user. See (and delete) all trackers using /trackers.
Close a report by clicking on the respective button in the pinned message of the thread or run /close.
You can configure your server's settings using /config.
