Evently is your partner for hosting fun, fair, and low-effort RuneScape events—so staff can play right alongside everyone else.
Why we built it,
Running clan events (especially big Bingo comps) used to eat hours: designing boards, picking drops, coordinating teams, then manually validating screenshots and updating leaderboards during the event. Staff ended up juggling spreadsheets instead of enjoying the competition—and real-time standings were often… not real-time.
What Evently does,
Creates boards (Highest Points & Standard Bingo Boards with more to come) with a few clicks, Automates submissions with image OCR to verify drops, Updates leaderboards in near real time, Reduces staff overhead so moderators can actually play, Accuracy note: OCR isn’t perfect. In practice we see ~95%+ of submissions auto-validated; anything ambiguous routes to a quick manual check.
