𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗼?: This bot will wait for a "!metar" message to be sent. From there it will send a request to a web server. The web server will come back with a JSON formatted weather report. That weather report will then come into your discord server. in under 1/10 of a second.
