This bot enforces all conversations in channels to be on-topic using AI. Note that this bot is not 100% accurate and is a demo of possibilities for AI moderation within online discussions.

Usage:

1. Use /token to set the OpenAI API token (server-specific)
2. Use /manage to manage current channel conditions
