Once you run /setup the bot will create 2 channels, one for spamming e and another for the e leaderboard. If an E is sent in e spam, it tracks it on the e leaderboard, but if it's not e, then it's deleted. I'm planning on adding more features eventually. You can also reset the e leaderboard(administrators only) Also, keep in mind the leaderboard almost always updates instantly, but sometimes the bot does get rate limited and won't update the leaderboard, but the e's will still track and be logged for the leaderboard to update when it's no longer being rate limited.
