Reminders

- Added support for creating reminders via the App Context Menu

 - Changed App Context Menu reminder behavior to reply to the message they were used on
    - User creates reminder on a message
    - Reminder is created with link to message
    - Final reminder replies to original message

This feature is in its testing phase and certain features are still rolling out; if you notice any further bugs or instabilities, create a ticket in the support server.

- The entire bot has gotten a UX facelift and now uses Components V2!

- Added support for assigning reminders to roles in the 'assignee' field

- Added fallback reminders through DMs 
    -  Will be used if the bot doesn't have permission to send a reminder in a server

- Reworked DM reminders to use thread-like reminders like in servers 
    -  Reply to the most recent edit
    -  Previous edit will update to link next edit
    -  Update all messages related to a reminder after it fires

- Fixed an issue where reminder codes were not getting uploaded to the database

- Removed mentions from confirmation messages, including: 
    -  Creation confirmation messages
    -  Edit confirmation messages
    -  Cancel confirmation messages

Performance for editing and canceling should be improved by up to 90%; if you notice any further bugs or instabilities, create a ticket in the support server.

Create reminders for yourself or others, directly on Discord! Available in both servers and DMs.

**Command information**
-  `/reminder create`: Create a new reminder for you or someone else, optionally recurring
-  `/reminder edit`: : Edit existing reminders and change the time, note, assignee, etc.
-  `/reminder list`: List all your active reminders
-  `/reminder cancel`: Cancel an active reminder (Managers can cancel others' reminders)

**Time format**
- Examples: `10m` (10 minutes), `10h` (10 hours), `10d` (10 days), `1y` (1 year)
- Compound: `1h30m` (1 hour 30 minutes)

**Notes**
1. Only Manager roles can use certain commands
2. All help and error messages are ephemeral (meaning only you can see them)
