🆕 Custom branding (avatar & banner)

Patreon members (Elara Premium and up tiers) can set a custom avatar and banner for the servers they have set as premium! 🆕 "/customize" command to set (or reset) the avatar and banner for the bot in your server (requires: Manage Server to access) Note: Due to a Discord issue the per-server avatars don't show up in the slash command picker (it's the menu when you type `/command_here`), but all responses and the members list will show the avatar/banner (this was brought up to Discord's attention, hopefully they fix it soon)
