Notifications
Enables a command with that users can give/remove the notify role to/from them.
Announce:
Sends your announcement in a beautiful embed. After sending the message Manager disables Allow anyone to @mention this role for the notify role to avoid abuse.

I haven't used Manager, and I can't. It seems like a very good bot! For sure. But, when I try to invite it, it doesn't let me. It says it hasn't been verified to join. What's the point of a bot that can't instantly join? No offense. But, I hope that gets changed. For now, I'm using another bot.
