Fick bot is created by xFickZ✓ᴱⁱᵍʳᵉᵉ#0193, the intention was to listen to other people. So our is bot is sort of made by the users.
First of all when you invite the bot, you need to run the /setup command before you can use the bot. (requires = MANAGE_GUILD))
We also have ticket logs. If your ticket gets closed, you get the log about your ticket. To set a ticket category please make a channel in the category and use the command /ticketset , to add the categoryID.
