Use this bot for finding teams the easy way.

Let people join certain ranks with the $rank command. This way people can tag the people for a certain role easier. for example $rank csgo

Try finding teams with the lft command. This will make a message to which people can react when they want to join the team/group. Examples:
you want a 5 man csgo lobby -> $lft 5 csgo
you want a 3 man league lobby -> $lft 3 league
you are lazy and need the standard amount of players(5) -> $lft csgo

there are a bunch of settings you can change as an admin like:
Setting the default lobby size with $SetDefaultLobbySize
Making the bot make a voice channel when a lobby is complete with $CreateVCOnLobbyFull
Setting up the ranks people can join with $addrank
