Maximilian

Maximilian

概要

Reaction roles, user info, todo lists, music, and more!

Maximilian is a bot focused on reaction roles, making it easier for you to assign roles to members. You can also play music from Youtube, view information about users, add items to a todo list, and set reminders (pre-alpha, very buggy).

You can change Maximilian's prefix through the prefix command, to prevent it from conflicting with other bots.

Note that Maximilian's currently in beta, and it might (and almost certainly will) have bugs that need to be squashed. If you encounter a bug, please let the developer know by joining the support server using the link above, or submit a pull request to Maximilian's github repository.

The following command list describes the function and syntax of some of Maximilian's commands. Arguments, or information you have to provide for a command to work, are surrounded by greater and less than signs. (< >) You need to provide all the arguments for a command to work, it'll display an error if you don't enter all of the required arguments. Some commands have aliases, which are just other names for a command, and you use them just like the regular command. Command names are seperated from each other by the | symbol.

Command list:

prefix <newprefix> Sets Maximilian's prefix. This takes 1 argument, newprefix, so something like "!prefix ?" would work, but "!prefix " wouldn't work. If you're unsure of Maximilian's prefix, look at its nickname, and you'll see that the current prefix is surrounded by brackets. Required permissions: Manage Server

reactionrole|reactionroles Sets up reaction roles for one role and one message. Only one role can be added per message. This takes 3 arguments, action, roleid, and messageid. The "action" argument controls what action you want to take with this command, either "list", "add", or "delete". The "roleid" argument is the ID of the role you want to assign. You can get the role ID by enabling developer mode, then going to Server Settings > Roles, right-clicking on the role, and clicking "Copy ID". The "messageid" argument is the ID of the message you want people to react to. You can get the message ID by enabling developer mode, then hovering over a message, clicking the three dots at the top right, and clicking "Copy ID". Your command should look like "!reactionroles add 78953267914732890 6283704738290508". Required permissions: Manage Roles

commands <command_trigger> <command_response> Creates, deletes, or lists custom commands. This takes 3 arguments, action, the action you want to take with this command (either "list", "add", or "delete"), command_trigger, which is the statement that will trigger the command (don't include the prefix in this), and command_response, the text the bot sends when you enter the prefix followed by the command trigger. Required permissions: Manage Server

userinfo Shows info about a user. This defaults to showing information about you, but if you want to see the info of another user, just mention them, like "!userinfo @tk421#7244". Required permissions: None

about Shows info about Maximilian, like commands, an invite link, and a link to the support server if you need more help.

excellent bot, really makes it easy to automate server tasks. some things are a little bit finicky though, but it takes some getting used to. best to look at the help message. before you use max.
