Karma system for memes

And alot of misc/fun commands
Some commands are:
s!video / s!audio
This will reply with an mp3 or mp4 of the first youtube video it finds with your search criteria
s!tts
This will send an mp3 with the tts of the text you gave
s!mcskin
This will send you the minecraft skin of the player with the name you gave, along with an url to set it as your skin
s!recolor
Recolors a role to the provided hex color
