A Discord bot that sends a daily Olympiad Informatics problem

Usage

PO(I)TD sends a daily problem in the channel specified in the code. You can also ask for random problems at any time.

To get started, create a channel named #problem-of-the-day or #potd. Then just wait for the magic to happen!
