Helpful Moderator

Helpful Moderator bot is a bot that has moderation and misc commands. HM also has other functions such as lock and unlock channel’s , ban, kick and warn commands. HM also had disable category commands, an example is /disablemoderation. SOME COMMANDS NEED TO BE REGISTERED STILL.
