an anti depressing bot to confort you :D
MEEPAN is anti depressing / comforting bot coded to detect sadness and fight it using comforting words. There is only one optional command $inspire that generate random quotes with a cool down of 1 second.
The bot gets updated monthly to get smarter, kinder, and more helpful.
