This bot allows you to set your private notifications about joining voice chat

- Notifies when someone who you are observing joins vc
- List of observed people is private
- Everything can be configured by bot's dm
- Doesn't need config channel on server (no spam)

- Encourage people to use vc (you never know who want to talk with you)
