This is counter, a new bot that let you count in a channel

cr?removechannel - Removes the counting channel and the counting stats of the guild
cr?setchannel - Sets the counting channel !
cr?ping - Shows the bots latency !
cr?help - Shows a little help menu
cr?info - Shows the bots info
