Russia is the best

This is simply the best ussr bot ever. The bot can tell you about known ussr people, like Stalin or Lenin, wars like world war II and it also has some interesting other features. Commands can be wiewed with !help commands in server. Some to begin:

!war - the war starts

!winwar - we win the war

!losewar - we lose the war (no we dont!)

!stalin -about stalin

!ussr about the soviet union
