Command Description

dd!add (@bot_mention)	dd!a	dd!add Apply Bot#1424	Add a new bot to the tracking list. You must mention a bot. It will not track regular users. This command requires MANAGE_GUILD permissions
dd!channel (channel_mention)	dd!c	dd!channel #down-logs	Update the channel where the broadcasting messages will be posted. The channel mentioned must be either a text channel or a news channel. If you don't mention any channel, the bot will reply with the currently set channel. This command requires MANAGE_GUILD permissions
dd!list	dd!l	dd!list	Lists all bots currently being tracked. This command requires MANAGE_GUILD permissions.
dd!remove (@bot_mention)	dd!r dd!delete dd!d	dd!remove @Apply Bot#1424	Remove a bot from the tracking list. You must mention a bot that is currently being tracked. This command requires MANAGE_GUILD permissions.
dd!help	dd!h	dd!help	Displays help message

The bot doesn't require manage guild permissions - Anyone trying to add or remove discord bots require the permission.
