Text-to-Speech bot.
A discord bot that is Text to Speech, I was inspired to make this because of the other TTS Bot and I thought it was cool, in this Text to Speech bot you can change the language and view your current language of it. Also you can change the speed, and stop the bot. I have a help menu, also the prefix is 'tts.'. My bot was made in a couple of days and I think that people can have some fun with it... (mostly rick roll)
