this bot tells jokes when told to or when need be.
$joke (category) - Categories can be programming, misc, pun, dark
$joke - Random joke of any category
$cat? - if you forget what categories are served
<any sentences that imply if you are sad, bored, being funny> - will invoke the bot to send a joke
$new (your joke) - Your joke will be added to the database
$show - shows all the saved jokes of the database in a list format
$del (joke index) - Starts at 0.
