We all share our daily struggles in IT, it gives a great sense of community like we are all family with our similar struggles. This server is for the benefit of helping us to better ourselves in our careers, it is a space catered towards adults trying to better themselves at their jobs. We all come from different walks of life, we ask that everyone respect each other from all of our different backgrounds, even though we have the same job, everyone is different.
