You can post memes in general whenever you like, but as long as they aren't offensive nor disgusting, because what's the point of having so many text channels for any separate topic for a Discord server, when there is a general chat for everything? LMAO

If you're getting annoyed of people in #general using bot commands, do them in #bot-commands.
