MN's Hangout is ran by a person named MN, or Hikari Takuya. (ひかり拓哉) This server is made as a place for people who just want a place to be themselves. This server will provide a place like this. With staff that moderate, and are helpful, we think that this server is just a fun place to hangout where all are welcome, no matter who you are.

Needs more variety of giveaways, however it deserves more active members you are missing out of you do not join!
