This discord is meant to be a safe haven from all the stress, bullshit, or unfair injustices Target has to offer. We are the backbone of this company and we the workers make target a better place for our guests. However, as most of us know we are under appreciated and overworked for such a low wage. Therefore, I have created this discord so we can have a carefree place to laugh, meet new people, vent without the fear of being fired , and more importantly, relax.
