“Help” is intended to help others with there mental health or any types of problems they are dealing with. We help out each other despite our own struggles and needs. We wont judge you or anyone for anything We accept anyone and everyone and we support LGBTQ and listen to each other no matter what We have self roles , color roles and VC'S as well!
