Falcrow City is in trouble.

Villains roam the streets, spreading chaos and danger to the citizens of Falcrow. The new villain alliance spreads rumors about power drugs and other dangerous weapons. As villains slowly take more and more territory people wonder if the heroes are even trying to hold them back.

The hero organization is confident, even in these times, as they have a new wave of fresh, strong, and capable heroes ready to push the villains out of the city, or at least contain them in the East District.
