Above & Beyond was created as a space for those who struggle with mental health and who find themselves isolated, alone and feeling unloved. We also want to spread awareness of different MH conditions.

What do we offer ~ Support Chats - trauma, POC, LGBTQIA, Education, disability, addiction, relationships etc ~ Social Chats - foodies, pet lovers, bookworms, tv, music and art/photography ~ MH Chats - chats for all different mh disorders

We can also offer trained support staff should you need to talk about struggles. You are not alone! ❤️
