Belarusian Nightmare

No one will ever get out of Belarus.
After a virus was discovered in Russia as well as many Slavic countries, the mostly Slavic part of the world has fallen as we know it. You are in Belarus, near Minsk.
Combat is turn-based with d20, d10, etc. Looking for really anyone who can roleplay as long as it's somewhat proper. A turn off for some of you may be that we don't have PTK, however it's more encouraged that you rob people instead.
I'm fairly rusty to doing all of this so I hope I can support all of you correctly and make this an enjoyable experience. Tourist, or native?
