RoReport

RoReport is a moderation and case-management system built to improve how Roblox communities handle reports and appeals. It connects Discord with games inside Roblox to create a single, structured workflow for moderation, removing delays, confusion, and manual overhead.

Traditional moderation systems often rely on ticket channels that fill up, scattered tools, or manual tracking that slows decisions down even after a case has been reviewed. RoReport was built to solve those problems by keeping every report, appeal, and action in one place with clear ownership and live status updates.

Through RoReport, staff teams can review cases, approve or deny outcomes, escalate when needed, and archive completed cases without jumping between platforms. Each case keeps its full context, making moderation decisions clearer, more consistent, and easier to audit over time.

RoReport integrates directly with Roblox systems, allowing supported moderation actions such as bans and unbans to be handled alongside case reviews. This reduces delays between decisions and enforcement while maintaining proper staff oversight.
