Hi, we're Heartsbox Club! We're a nonprofit that maintains a peer support listener network. Our bot provides ~45 minute anonymous venting sessions.
We provide the following commands:
/vent Connect to a peer support session.
/setup channel #queue-channel Add a support queue to your server so members can support others!
/crisis International crisis resources, updated daily.
Adding our bot allows your members to anonymously connect to trained peer supporters in our network. /vent will send the user a DM to set up a support session.
You can also add a queue to your server so that your server members can pick up chats and provide support to others!
Of course, we come with a link to international crisis resources.
We handle listener training and moderation, so you don't have to! (Though we love hearing from and working with server owners to improve their experience!)

Really supportive bot! Their trained listeners are awesome, my experiences with them so far has been great, very empathetic, understanding and patient. A wholesome experience and a wonderful bot to have in your discord community.
