Live Status Tracker does exactly that. Create incidents, post updates, and optionally let monitors create them for you. One embed per incident, updated in place. No spam, no clutter. Your server stays informed without the noise.

Create incidents. Use the web dashboard or slash commands in Discord. Pick a channel, set a title and status (Investigating, Major Outage, Maintenance etc), add a message. The bot posts one embed there. When you add updates, that same embed is edited so the channel stays clean. Templates and a suggested action for users are there if you want them.

Keep everyone updated. Every update you post is reflected in the embed. Users can subscribe to an incident with a Discord webhook URL and get updates in other channels or tools. You decide what goes out and when from the dashboard or slash commands. Global outages are supported too ( Outages created automatically for big companies e,g Cloudflare, AWS etc): post them to your server or subscribe via webhook; they update automatically when we update them.

Automate it. Connect it to Better Stack or HetrixTools then create rules that link a monitor to a channel. When the monitor goes down, the bot creates an incident in that channel and can post to your external status page and add a link in the embed. You choose monitors and channels; create, list, and delete rules from the dashboard or automation commands.
