Added levels that displays your current level and experience
Added levels enable that enables the level system (disabled by default)

Added levels add that sets a role to assign when a member gets a specific level

Added levels leaderboard that displays a list of the highest leveled members in the server
Added levels leaderboard title where a server administrator can change the title of the embed in the leaderboard
Added levels channel enable that enables experience gain in a specific channel
Added levels channel disable that disables experience gain in a specific channel
Added levels channel list that displays a list of the channels that has experience gain enabled and the channels that has it disabled
Added levels reset where a server administrator can reset a specific members experience
Added levels status that displays if the level system is enabled or disabled
Added setlevel where a server administrator can adjust a specific members level
Added setxp where a server administrator can adjust a specific members experience
