Suggesten

I made this bot because I just could not find a bot that did what this one does. Every suggestion bot asks the users to use /suggest or some sort of command. Not this one. This bot is simple and user friendly, the user just types something into the channel you selected, and the bot converts it into a suggestion. With a built-in rate limit and different statuses you can assign to the suggestions, I'd say this bot is pretty darn good :D. So, thank you for trying it out, it is my first bot and I will be working on more.
