Ephemeral responses are when a message is privately sent by an application in the channel where the command was used with a dismissable toggle and a subtext that reads "Only you can see this"

You can add ephy to a discord server so any one of your members can translate any message in that server to a set preferred user language by adding her through Guild Install:

The bot also has a reaction system with an anti-spam cooldown of 15 seconds when invited via Guild Install, auto deleting the bots response upon cooldown completion; Simply react with the meridian globe 🌐 to any message in said servers and your bot will respond publically.
