Glydebot

Glydebot is an AI-powered ticketing bot for Discord 🤖 that helps communities and teams handle support faster and with less manual work.

How it works

Users open tickets 🎫 from panels (embed + buttons) in any channel. Before the first response, they can fill out an intake form 📝 (short text, selects, checkboxes, etc.). Glydebot then uses your knowledge base and custom prompts to answer with AI. If the AI can’t solve the issue, it escalates to staff. Staff can pause or resume AI, claim tickets, and take over at any time.
