Recommended setup

For the best experience, it is recommended to grant the bot the Administrator permission.

Alternatively, you can manually configure permissions and ensure the bot has View Channel access to the channels you want to track.

Required permissions (statistics channel)

For ServerAutoAnalytics to display statistics in the configured channel, the bot must have the following permissions:

• View Channel
• Send Messages
• Embed Links
• Read Message History

Activity tracking

To correctly track messages and voice activity, the bot must be able to see the channels you want to include in the statistics.

If the bot cannot see a channel, activity from that channel will not be counted.
This will not break the bot, but statistics may be incomplete.

💬 Activity

Find out where and when your server is most active. Most active text channel, most used voice channel (in minutes), total messages and voice minutes over 30 days, daily message average, peak hour of the day, and most active day of the week.

🏆 Top 5 Active Members

The five most active members ranked by a combined score of messages sent and time spent in voice --- with their message/voice ratio displayed for each.

🔨 Moderation

Full sanction breakdown: bans, kicks and timeouts over the last 30 days, overall sanction rate, and the most sanctioned member (name only, no ping).

📈 Growth

Month-over-month growth comparison and your server's best historical growth month --- so you always know if your community is trending up or down.

Top 3 most assigned roles and the number of members with no role assigned.

• Data older than 90 days is automatically archived and deleted
• Before any deletion, a detailed .zip archive is sent to the server owner via DM with a full day-by-day breakdown
• The owner can choose to opt out of archive DMs at any time with a single button click
