ApolloBot is a utility bot designed to fix broken or limited embeds in Discord.
It was built to solve a common issue where links from platforms like Twitter/X, Reddit, TikTok, or Instagram don’t preview properly or lose functionality. Instead of requiring commands or setup, the bot works automatically in the background when links are posted.
If an embed fails, ApolloBot replaces it with a working alternative. It also supports multiple providers, allowing the original user to switch between them if needed.
The bot is designed to stay out of the way. It avoids unnecessary clutter, and only the person who posted the link can interact with the embed controls.
Basic configuration options are available for server admins, including enabling or disabling the feature or limiting it to specific channels.
