Vocalis

Vocalis is a Discord voice automation bot designed to make managing voice channels completely effortless for server owners and administrators. Instead of manually creating and deleting voice channels, Vocalis handles everything automatically in real time.

The bot works by letting users join a designated “hub” voice channel. When a user joins this channel, Vocalis instantly creates a temporary private voice channel for them inside a selected category. The user is automatically moved into their new channel, which is named after them and comes with full control permissions such as muting, deafening, and managing members.

This system allows every user to have their own personal voice space without cluttering the server with permanent channels.

Once the temporary voice channel becomes empty, Vocalis automatically detects it and deletes it to keep the server clean and organized. This ensures that your Discord server never gets filled with unused or inactive voice channels.

Setup is simple and requires only one command: /setup-voice. Server administrators choose a hub voice channel and a category where temporary channels will be created. After setup, everything runs automatically with no further configuration needed.

Vocalis stores each server’s configuration separately using a lightweight JSON database, meaning multiple servers can use the bot independently without interfering with each other.

The bot is built using Discord.py with modern slash command support and real-time voice state tracking. It is optimized for performance, scalability, and stability, making it suitable for both small communities and large Discord servers.
