Discord Bot that allows mentioning users that are more or less professionals on specific topics

Commands:

Languages are separated with ;.

• .+ <language(s)> Adds a topic you are interested in
• .- <language(s)> Removes a topic/language

Commands for administrators:

• .* <language> Adds an available language to the bot
• ./ <language> Removes a language from the bot
• .° <language-code> Sets the language of a server (Currently available: en and de)
