we added the bot, and the /help, /topic, and /fact all return a message that the bot did not respond in the channel that it has permissions for. any suggestions?

I invited the bot tried /help and all I get is "application failed" I re-invited the bot even kicked it from the server and invited it back and still nothing not to mention every time I invite the bot somehow it's offline I don't understand why the bot is offline

This place had a very weird vibe to it. It smelled funky from the Subway next door. Everything seemed dated. There was a strange vibe between the two employees there too. There are bright yellow signs in their private rooms that say "No Sex" which did very little reassure me that the weird vibe wasn't just in my mind. I think I left more tense than when I came in. 10/10 would eat again
