Development Build Welcome to KiwiBot! This is a discord bot that I work on sometimes. Currently, it is a huge work in progress. The base is HathorBot because it is a nice piece of work. I could have started off from scratch but I figured that the user experience would be greater if I used a pre-built base. The node modules used include: 8ball async discord.js erlpack ffmpeg node-opus node-virustotal sleep uws youtube-dl youtube-search ytdl-core As this is the dev build, there are still features to add. For example, this bot can only play music in one server at a time. I hope anyone who adds this bot can enjoy the constant updating and can look forward to the full build. Currently, I have no donation setup but I will eventually add one to pay for better servers. Speaking of servers, I am using a tier micro amazon ec2 server. The wifi connection is not that good but the bot combats that. Instead of using a common feature which is streaming music, it downloads the video as an mp3 and then reads it. This uses disk instead of connection so the lag is a lot less. To the mods of discordbots.org reading this, I hope there is no rule about duplicating bots because I will also add one that is the full build. I will now write about myself.
